We value your trooper sense of fun – These terms and conditions apply for surprise contracts.

In order that the contracted surprise goes as smoothly as possible, there are some basic rules outlined as per the Surprise Festo on our website. In addition, here are the legal clauses which needs to be stressed.

So:

1. Cleared payment at 100% is needed before the activity is being planned

2. Activities are being planned based on the information provided by the customer and jointly agreed upon. If costs incur due to deviations of this contracted information, this will be the liability of the client.

3. If client or surprise squad suffers  loss or damage due to the surprise activity, then standard Dutch law will apply.

4. Cancellation is only possible 24 hours before a surprise being delivered.

5. In case of unforseen circumstances thats results in a ‘no-show’ from the Surprise Squad, we will jointly conclude on a new option to fulfill the surprise.
